We appreciate that it may be the first time that you have been involved with the planning and construction process or that you may have experienced problems with 'added costs' which you weren't made aware of. There are elements that cannot be costed from Day 1 - but usually, you do not need these for planning purposes - so why pay for them ? These costs are 'typical costs' based on our experience of how complicated / time consuming a 'typical' building is. Please fill in the survey form and we will get back to you with a quotation for your project. We can also supply sales drawings to enable you to sell your services to clients. Our speciality is the initial design working closely with the brief laid out or following discussion with the client. Please contact us if you require some advice on where to start.
